Bulls#*t Fear

Fear is simply a clever ambush, an invention created in the imagination that declines our confidence and gives to us ill health and unwanted outcomes from the unique frequencies of anxiety and stress. Fear is an unpleasant stream of thoughts that are fuelled by conditioned beliefs. Beliefs of ‘what if… downs’ and ‘just in case’; the must do or not do something that lives in the future and not in our present moment. They are not real, and only become our outcomes if we willingly hand over our creative power to our conditioned thoughts that hold bulls#*t illusions of safety.
